Secure Upgrade Transfers

For the last two months, I've had to open a support ticket in order to complete Secure Upgrade transfers, which obviously is an unnecessary headache. The links that are supposed to be on the MySonicwall site are simply not there, and then I have to fight with support to convince someone that I'm not an idiot and don't just need a canned set of instructions emailed to me. Sonicwall really ought to fix this broken functionality in the web site. Then we had another client where the VPN licenses were transferred— and then they were gone, which made us look really bad when the two default SSLVPN licenses proved insufficient. Why is this such a problem to get right?

I have never encountered that problem - and I have taken advantage of the Secure Upgrade program for many years.
