Transferring registration - NSA 6600

Hello,

I'm very sure this question has been asked before . . . however if someone could tell me how to register the Sonicwall NSA 6600 that I bought used on Ebay that would be very helpful. Yes, someone else registered it previously. Any help is appreciated.

    You need to raise a customer service request. You cannot transfer it yourself.

    And another thing, make sure (it's too late) that it is not an NFR, it will add up to problems and time.
    I am in this situation with a NSA2650 and after 1 month, I don't have the machine on my account.
