Last public firmware update was July 2024. When is the next???

in Mid Range Firewalls

I have a HA pair of NSA2700 and have been dealing with several issues. Right now, I am running a special HF due to a logging issue. But that HF is not in the 7.1.1-7058 or 7.1.2-7019 firmwares. So right now I am stuck on using that HF because of a logging problem but I need fixes that were in those to firmwares listed.

Anyone have any idea of when the next public release will be? I was originally told to expect it mid October.

    Maybe @Community Manager knows.

    From my (and others') experience SW's internal firmware development and management processes have gone downhill since the release of OS 7. Running anything other than 7.0.x has been a pain. Just look through the forums for horror stories…

    There was a 7.1.3 mentioned in the NetExtender 10.3 Release Notes, but no ETA.

    Looks like the next version will be SonicOS 8.
