Website being blocked by TZ470

in Mid Range Firewalls

We have a strange problem where the Sonicwall TZ470 is blocking some websites, particularly https://apc-overnight.com/,, it's a public website so loads outside our network but in just shows "This site can’t be reached". There's nothing in the logs, unless I'm not logging properly?

I've added the URL to Allowed URLs but it hasn't helped.

    This could be a problem in CFS (Content Filter). We recently had similiar issues with some microsoft websites and did create exclusions for specific devices in the internal network. Could you try to disable the CFS policy temporary which includes the zone to see if this is in CFS?

    Try http:// instead, see if you get a Sonicwall block page.
