Sonicwall 370W not giving a valid IPv4 address?

I have tried rebooting all devices
We use Sonicwall 370W, Sonicwall 14-24FPOE switch and a Spectrum EU2251 modem. We have no outages,

Just had an update yesterday for Intrusion prevention, and now we have nothing.

Any suggestions?
