Sign up appears to be broken

Has anyone else had any issues with the sign up portal?
Inviting users to create an account ends in a page asking for the form to be filled out even though its already filled out.
Ticket is logged with support but they seem to be incapable of assisting and I need to get additional users added..

Hello @loyaltyorkide, I copied your test content and attempted to create an account. When I use the phone number "1234567896" it says invalid phone number:
Please forgive my ignorance but is that the number of digits for a phone number in your area?
When I remove the 6 at the end of the phone number I am able to proceed with creating an account.
Please let me know either way and if needed I can work with the MySonicWall team.

Even formatting it +44 1223123123 it doesn’t work.
The issue isn’t the number I don’t think.
Even putting in a fake number to satisfy the field, we still get the above error.
Just to clear it up, this is when you invite an email address to an existing portal, that the address you have invited does not have a mysonicwall account.
If you setup a sonicwall account from scratch, this works. But obviously this creates a tenant under that login then and looks quite messy.
