SonicWall NetExtender App Dissapearing

We have two separate users that have a Surface Pro with Windows Pro 11 and use NetExtender to login into the company network. Recently, they had both been experiencing issues with the NetExtender app. They can login, but after they disconnect, they notice that the SonicWALL NetExtender app is no longer on their desktop. They both reinstall the app, launch the VPN and it will disappear again. Is anyone else having this issue and found a viable solution?

    @jlembo I neaver heard about that it happened to just specific users.

    What comes in mind

    • you did not enabled "Uninstall Client After Exit:" in the Client Settings on the firewall?
    • Is NetExtender completely uninstalled or is it just the Shortcut on the Desktop?
    • Is there any Endpoint software installed which could cause that?

    We DO NOT have "Uninstall Client After Exit" enabled in the Client Settings.

    NexExtender is completely uninstalled and does not appear anywhere on the desktop or in the search feature.

    We have Sentinel One installed on all PC's, but these are the only 2 PCs (Surface Pro) that have this issue, others don't.

    Did you ever find a solution to this? My only thought on it is that the NetExtender was set to auto-update and that something caused the upgrade process to fail and left NetExtender uninstalled.
