Hello All,

If you enbale Client DPI-SSL on the Sonicwall, you are facing AnyDesk connection problems. This problem gives headache for firewall admins. I have strugled a lots.

I have crated a address object list for Anydesk address group. If you add this address objects into the "Exclude DPI-SSL Group" your problem will resolve.

I will update the list when i found new addresses.

Best regards

I hope, this document resolves your problems

    @MitatOnge

instead excluding those IP's, try to exclude "AnyNet Relay" as same as below. It's worked for me & I am not facing any issue after that.

"Anynet Relay" doesn't work. I have tried a lots of "Anynet" variation. IP exclude list works properly I didn't face any problem.

Hi guys, I have the same problem with AnyDesk.

I have downloaded the address object list provided by @MitatOnge but I don't understand..

Am I supposed to manually add every single host as address object and then to group them?

    Thank you in advance

    Greetings, colleagues,

Regarding this topic, my solution has been to create an object with the ports required for AnyDesk. In case it may be useful to someone, I have created an object with port 6568, which is used by the client to connect. I have also created another object with ports 50001 to 50003, which are used for AnyDesk client discovery, and finally, I have created a group with these objects to add them to the DPI-SSL\Client SSL\Objects\Service object/group section.

Hi, I had the same problem, I created the services with the ports

    tcp
    6568

    tcp
    50001 to 50003

    worked, thank you.
