Sonos connection to a SonicWall TZ400

I have a customer with a SonicWall TZ400. The Sonos units are wired to the network but do not show up for use and configuration. The audio company that put them in said that this is a known problem with SonicWall but there are ways to make it work. Looking for answers to use them.

    I've never had trouble with Sonos units not working with Sonicwall. Worked well with a TZ105 and works well now with a TZ270. Sonos should get an IP address from the Sonicwall. Can you be more specific on the problem?
