Please help me; I have TZ 350w, TZ350, and NSA 2650 devices, and all of them are displaying a DynDNS configuration network error.

    This issue has been reported on our Gen 5, Gen 6, and Gen 7 firewalls. Our development team has worked on a hotfix to address this problem.

    If you encounter this issue, please create a support ticket and mention the following issue IDs

    For Gen5 Firewalls, please refer to GEN5-71. 

    For Gen6 Firewalls, please refer to GEN6-4189. 

    For Gen7 Firewalls, please refer to GEN7-46209. 


    If your firewall is Gen7, please specify the firmware baseline you would like to have for the HF build, such as 7.0.1 or 7.1.1.

    The March 2024 firmware releases (for Gen 6.5, Gen 7, and Gen 7.1) contain the fix for this problem.
