SSL Portal no longer reachable
Hi, we're using a TZ670 and I updated the firmware last night, hoping to resolve some crashes, and now today the "Virtual Office" portal page to set up MFA is no longer accessible. It used to be located at https://myfirewallIP:4433/ and worked great, but now that same URL redirects to http://myfirewallIP/sonicui/7/sslvpn-portal/ which just gives errors. "this site can't be reached" err_connection_refused. its also http vs https (which might be the issue, but not sure how to change this)
ended up having to disable TTOP and use OTP via email now.. (not a solution).
of note we went from7.0.1-5095-R3599 to 7.1.1-7047-R5557

Hi @Terr_Sean
Thank you for providing the details, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced following your firmware upgrade. Please be advised that this is a known issue and is being tracked as GEN7-45497, for which we have a hotfix firmware available. The permanent fix will be included in the upcoming release which is expected to be made public in the second half of March (depending on QA validation). As a workaround, enabling the WAN HTTPS Management Interface will make the Virtual Office work. If this is not an acceptable solution, we can provide you with the hotfix build which is baselined on 7.1.1-7047.

Hi MUSTAFAA,
How can we get the hotfix and/or what are the steps to work around this issue?
Thx
Hi @Joe88
Please create a web case and let me know via sending a direct message to me. We will provide you the hotfix firmware.
Suffering from the same issue, didn't realise it was a FW problem. Had a user wanting to WFH today and had to disable OTP for her which I do NOT like doing.`
I followed the same steps, look forward to hearing from you.
