I have a remote user that will not be working from an office. Can I use the tz350 to tunnel to the office? I can do software setup, but have a couple of devices that we would prefer to have on the remote network.

MARKD is correct. VPN connections are not license dependent except for the TOTAL number of connections (SSLVPN concurrent licenses).
If you tunnel-all through the VPN out of the licensed appliance, you can "use" the UTM licenses there :D
