how to download firewall firmware without register ownership

in Entry Level Firewalls

i have a TZ300 model firewall that need a firmware upgrade and i seems to having issue to download the require firmware from here, the question is can i download the firmware without being the registered owner?

    @babayaga_122 you can't download the firmware without having a TZ 300 in your account.

    You should contact customer support and explain the situation and they'll provide a solution (if possible).

    You can try searching the web for the filename or approximation of the filename. I've been able to find firmware for devices not under my account listed on public FTP and web sites this way.
