Any ideas why all my devices show offline in WNM?

All of my devices show offline in WNM. When I log into any of my 600 series AP's I can see that the computers are connected. I can also remote into my computers and verify that they are connected to my SSID and do have internet. I attempted to create a support case in mySonicWall but WNM is not listed in the dropdown only individual AP's which I do not think are my issue. The SonicWALL status page is reporting no issues at this time.

    Hi @Danny , please use one of the serial numbers of your SonicWave 600 to create a Technical Support case and we will investigate the issue.

    @Danny - unfortunately, you MUST use the serial number of any AP at that site to open a Support case. Sad, stupid, but true...
