@network_r this Drop Code is "dropped" when a Sessions timed out and is very common and IMHO no cause of trouble. You might check with the Connection Monitor if the default Idle Timeout of 15 Minutes isn't long enough. You might modify the TCP timeout in an Access Rule or force the RDP client/server to do keep-alives to avoid getting idle (if that is possible).
There might be some other issues, like connection issues.
You're still on 7.0.1 because 7.1.1 is having a hard time?
Hi I saw you comment regarding the firmwasre version. Do you maybe have a list of the issue with version 7.1.1? I realized that this version seems to have a lot of issues and admin have a lot of trouble with it.

Thanks for your reply. We are using 2650 series with OS 6.5.4.12-101n--HFGEN6-2333-5n
The Idle Timeout has been left to default 15 minutes but we get disconnected after few seconds.
No issues are seen when using Global VPN client solution.
