Oracle had issues with their services and further information is available on https://www.dynstatus.com/. Based on this information the issue was resolved yesterday on January 16th, 2024, around 15:30 UTC. That being said, if you still have ongoing issues, best option is to contact Oracle.

Hi, with other devices we can update the registers. Only with sonicwall we have problems. Now it doesn't work for us on sonicwall devices.
same here, all sonicwall devices report network error on the ddns even with the latest firmware.
but other brand firewall worked
Yes same issue here - I have a support ticket open with SW for it...
As per the Sonicwall support, they made a HF for the Gen6 units and Gen7 HF will release soon.
The March 2024 firmware releases (for Gen 6.5, Gen 7, and Gen 7.1) contain the fix for this problem.
