@Kelvin , is your local subnet overlapping with the firewall subnets, which are part of being accessed remotely?
thank you @MustafaA I have no idea because the local subnet of the user is provided by ISP and the person don't know how to check.
is there any NetExteneder setting can help?
What is your printer protocols? Netbios, WDS, etc... ? if you are trying to connect via netbios. you have to enable netbios service on sslvpn settings. could you check printer properties like below.
Just for clarification purposes, can I assume with "local", it is local with respect to the remote user?
@MitatOnge thanks, I need to wait for the user, will try.
@MustafaA thanks for your mesasge. local here is the user's home network. local printer is the user's home printer. when the user work from home and connect to office through VPN, the user can access everything in office but not from home.
It is very likely that the home subnet overlaps with firewall subnets. I'd suggest to check this first. If that is the case then you need NAT over SSLVPN.
@MustafaA thanks, I need to wait for the user, will try.
