SSLVPN \ Virtual Office \ browser show a blank screen in other country?

in SSL VPN

it is working fine locally but it is not working in other country. it will shows a blank screen and view source will got the following, only.

    fallback to previous firmware everything back to normal. Close file, at the moment.

    check GEO IP filter on the firewall.

    @MitatOnge it is not enabled and the country is on the allowed countries list.

    Do you notice the port changing? We are having a similar issue when our users go to https://oursoinicwall:4433 it is being redirected to https://oursoinicwall which won't work because we are already using port 443 for another server. This only started happening after the latest firmware update.

    @mikega I have another case which happened before this, refer to the latest firmware update. There is port redirect which caused error. It's fixed, after I contact support. 👍️ I am not sure it's ok to public the solution here, which is temporary. May be you can contact official support for further information.
