TZ670 Firewall using SSL VPN

Have setup the Users, Groups, VPN access on WAN and other settings from the guide and Jean Pier videos, but when trying to connect am getting a 'Refused to connect' erro have tried a different port number

When trying through NetExtender get a 'The server is not reachable'.

Any ideas, pretty new to SonicWall and it is as though something is blocking connection but can't see what, especially as the videos just work without any major access changes.

Can ping the IP but port 4433 isn't open.

Any help appreciated.

Did you enable the WAN toggle in SSLVPN? Doing this would auto create the access rules.

On net extender, when entering the server ip, did you add the port number at the end? (example 1.2.3.4:4433)

In addition to @TonyA 's valuable inputs, to ensure that the SSLVPN traffic is reaching your firewall, please use Packet Monitor to trace the packet flow. Here is a snapshot of an example of the filters that you can apply. You can use either/or Source IP Address and Destination Port. If you cannot intercept traffic, this means your upstream ISP router/modem is not passing the SSLVPN traffic through.
