Cant Login as admin users in nsa 4560

Hi,
I'm having trouble logging into my two SonicWall NSA 4560 firewalls with high availability (HA) enabled. I've tried all three of my admin user accounts, but I always receive an error message indicating incorrect credentials. This error occurs whether I attempt to log in through the web management interface, SSL VPN, or SSH.
I'm confident that the passwords are correct, as regular users can connect to SSL VPN without any issues.
I don't use LDAP or Radius Login, all are local users.
Could you provide any suggestions on how to resolve this login issue?
Thanks,

Hi @isoleee
If the password is correct - it is odd. Could you try reboot the primary firewall, then the secondary once its back, then see if you can login?
Hi @TonyA
I tried rebooting both the primary and secondary servers, but the problem persists. I cannot login as admin users.
I noticed that some licenses have expired. Could this be affecting the login issue?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
The expired licenses will certainly not affect your login attempt as admin user.

@MustafaA ty for your answer
Do you have a recent export of your settings? You might need to boot into safemode and factory reset and re import your settings so you can change the admin password
