Hi team,
Hope you are keeping well.
We have a TZ200 firewall that needs to be updated but seems the device was registered by someone when it was purchased. We have sent the transfer request from the mySonicWall portal but no response. Could you help with this case? Thanks!

You used to be able to get Sonicwall to step in and help with this if the account owner was unresponsive, but they won't do that any more.
