NetExtender Client cannot Connect
I have installed an SMA 210 on a new DMZ and am now testing the NetExtender. Upon clicking the NetExtender button in the client portal, the text in the button changes to 'Connecting..." for about 15 seconds. The button then returns to saying "Disconnected."
The logs don't show anything except the successful authentication. How to troubleshoot?

Thanks for providing the screenshot. Unfortunately, there is not too much to go on. Please call our support line with the serial number of this device and one of our SMA specialists will be able to collet some debug logs and OS info to help further troubleshoot this.

Which logs did you check, the SMA or the net extender logs?
From the SMA dashboard I went to Log -> View.
I just increased all of the alert levels to Debug and I'm seeing much more in the logs now, but still not seeing any errors:

Could you please also check the NetExtender logs? On the bottom left hand corner, you should see a button with a page on it and it should bring up the NX logs.
*Edit - I just saw you mentioned "Upon clicking the NetExtender button in the client portal" Is this the virtual office portal?
