Can a TZ570 have (2) active LAN ports one for data and the other for VOIP VLAN?

I have TZ570 with multiple Interfaces available, can I use one these interface for a VOIP VLan with the Sonic Wall acting as a DHCP server for the Phones? For example, I would be plug a cat 5 cable that is coming from say port X5 on the Sonic Wall into an available port on the switch that already has a cable from the Sonic Wall port X1 for the access to net? Or can one port for example X1 be used on the Sonic Wall for both Data and VIOP?

Absolutely. That is one of the best things about SonicWall firewalls.
You can program a different network (and Zone) for each interface on the Sonicwall. You can also take advantage of Sub-Interfaces where we can assign VLANs to separate our networks. (this could place a VLAN on XO that can be used for Voice Traffic)

In that example, they are using a VLAN to connect to a Cisco switch. The steps are mostly the same for other managed switches.
Also,
Depending on your phone vendor, there may also be "Options" that need to be included with your DHCP request. (Your phone vendor can help you with what options are needed for your envornment.)
*advanced* You can also take advantage of DHCP relay, to send the request to anther network accross a VPN or Network segment if you need to use the same voice conroller to control your remote Voice networks.
This is a fun page that SonicWALL has put together that can address some common configuration options.

- I hope this is helpful.
Would this config work with a pre-exisiting Windows DHCP server? I would like to keep the Windows DHCP server for the data and use these instructions for the VIOP VLAN.
You should create dhcp relay/ip helper on sonicwall.
