Trying to find how to add profile for the USB Modem on the WAN side for failover. The interface is totally different than the older SOHO devices. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello @Blink , please ensure the 4G/5G modem you are using is in the supported list. Once you plugin the modem, and reboot the firewall, it should be able to detect it.
The modem being used is USA AT&T Beam (Netgear AC340U) which worked for ever in the soho devices. The only thing I can see is that the Current Firmware Version
SonicOS 7.0.1-5119-R4713
Instead of version 5 which matches the beam occording to the chart you sent. I wouldn't be able to downgrade the firmware for security reasons. I would like to know if this TZ 270 has a section where the same information as previous versions had the ability. Please see the link below. Thanks in advance.

Netgear AC340U is not a supported cellular modem on Gen7 firewalls. (Ref. KB)
