I want to know if there is a way to setup Sonicwall in a Virtual environment for testing purposes.
I want to test/make changes and make sure everything work as intended before applying it on our live network/Sonicwalls.

For whatever reason, there's no NFR zero-cost virtual firewall like EVERY OTHER BRAND offers.
I think, but I'm not certain, there's an NSv trial available in MySonicWall. Check My Product Management for Trial Software.
Thats the only way I could see it working. Would be nice to have something like that.

Yes I've setup a NSv with the trial version, but you are so limited because our LIVE sonicwalls have the advanced edition licensing.
So you can't really test anything as all the features are gone without a license
