New TZ350 Can't upload firmware update

I replaced an older SW firewall with a TZ370. Using the GUI on the device, I uploaded the configuration from the old one to the new one and it is working. However, the new firewall's firmware is the initial firmware. 7.0.0-R906 when I try to upload any newer firmware update files, it reaches 100% - I get a message saying it was successful and then the GUI refreshes, but the new firmware does not show up.

I need to clarify when you wrote:

Do you mean you went to System, then Settings, then Export Configuration in the old device?
And then went to System, then Settings, then Import Configuration in the new device?
If so, that is NOT a valid method of going from an older TZ model to a Gen 7 device.
The correct method is to use the Migration Tool to create the appropriate file.

You will - more than likely - have to factory reset your TZ370 first.

Hope that helps!
