How to install capture client on windows server 2019

Does anyone have a step by step installation guide for Capture Client on a Windows Server 2019? I get into a strange loop when I try to install capture cleint. The Client will turn green at some point and then say it wants to reboot. (I think this is normal because all other endpoints are installed properly and also had this) When I reboot, the client is yellow again and says that the sentinelone is not installed and then it wants a reboot and this continues endlessly.
On all my other endpoints, the capture client just scanned the entire system and everything was fine after that.
I ended up uninstalling the capture client again.(but of course this isn't what I'm paying for)

Hi @Edwin ,
Make sure the per-requisites are matching as per the Knowledge base article below and do a reinstall.
If the issue is still present , Would suggest creating a technical support case to troubleshoot further on server 2019.
By default when capture client is installed it does a full disk scan to remove threats if already present before Capture client was installed.
