Slow file transfer when connected via SonicWall Mobile Connect over SSL-VPN

Hello,
Users are experiencing incredibly slow transfer speeds when accessing the file server behind the firewall.
I realise there will be some contention, but the speeds are much slower than expected.
The office has 1000Mbps leased line from M247
Have done iperf connection test both internally on LAN and externally via SSL-VPN, see attached
FYI, I'm getting 200Mbs download and 18Mbs upload speeds via virginmedia broadband at home.
Internal top, external bottom
Can anyone advise please?
Thanks in advance
Neil

Just to clarify,
200Mbs download and 18Mbs upload speeds via virginmedia broadband using speediest.net. Not download speeds using Sonicwall VPN...!
You haven't provided any information on the model and firmware version of your device...
Hi @NeilCarter
Have you tried NetExtender?
If you install GVC, just uninstall and try either mobile connect or NetExtender.
NB: Make sure to update the latest Firmware
Sorry. Model is an NSA 3600 Firmware is currently SonicOS Enhanced 6.2.7.1-23n
Thanks for the reply, already use mobile connect, not sure what GVC is.
Upgrade to the latest firmware and try again, but I will state any VPN connection will not get you 1 to 1 match of your ISP rated speeds.
Thanks for the advice, I will upgrade the firmware and see if that helps. I'd be happy with half speed to be honest.
Cheers
Just curious if you were able to increase the transfer speed after after upgrading the firmware? I have a support ticket currently open which has been escalated to software team. I am having the same issue with users being randomly disconnected and file transfers being extremally slow - average 10-15Mbps,
NSA3600 - SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.4.11-97n
ISP connection is 250Mbps
We would also like to know if there has been any further development of this issue.
We are also experiencing this issue, but only with MacOS clients.
NSA 4700, SonicOS 7.0.1-5111.
ISP connection is 150Mbit/s symmetric, but MobileConnect clients are lucky to see 7Mbit/s.
Windows and Linux NetExtender clients see near parity speeds as the office ISP.
