ES3300 Failed to connect to one Email Security server with firmware version 7.4.5.1739

Having an issue setting up an ES3300 appliance with firmware version 7.4.5.1739.

When I try to run an inbound email flow and getting error Failed to connect to one Email Security server. (see attached). what can I do to fix this issue?

    @jll I cannot say for sure, but considering ES3300 is for more than 2 years and Firmware 7.4.5 for over 6 years out of support, I would assume that TLS could be an issue here. Are you sure you wanna have such an old system in production?

    Did you tried the diagnostics on the ES and was it able to connect to your downstream?
