Capture Client 3.75 not installing or connecting with Apple/Mac Ventura OS
SonicWall Capture Client for Mac 3.75 fails to connect to any computers when running on MacOS Ventura. We have attempted this install on new fresh clean installs with no other apps or software running. We have no issues when running MacOS Monterey.

SuroopMC SonicWall Employee@coopsnoop - we have not qualified Capture Caliente for Ventura yet and our team is working on it. As I understand, Ventura isn't GA yet but we want to get ahead of that as best as possible.
Can you elaborate on the issue? Is it not able to connect to any website or is the network adapter seemingly disabled? What happens if you disable the Web Content Filter feature?1 -

@coopsnoop SentinelOne is comitted to support macOS Ventura with Agent 22.2+ which is currently EA and not available via Capture Client.
Most Endpoint Protection solutions delay OS upgrades these days and should be postponed until proven good for a new release. It's even harder to test on pre-releases of an OS, maybe macOS is especially picky here.

Thank you for your quick response. Capture Client hangs up during the installation process and will not activate. Web Content Filter was disabled during the 5-6 install attempts FYI.
