configuring firewall acl to enable download and install chrome extensions - pc does not surf

I ask the question even if it is not the right place but maybe someone has already had these problems
Which sites / url should I open to allow only the download of chrome extensions in particular this one
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fujifilm-window-positioni/clnehbpliinmncndkfjnehplgakgkhjp
The machine that has to download the extension does not surf the internet in general.
I opened:
chrome.google.com
dl.google.com
tools.google.com
But it doesn't seem to work!

@Alberto this might get time-consuming, but did you tried to discover the requested URLs by opening the Developer Tools in Google Chrome to see what's going on. With this information you might be able to create the Address List you need.
