Getting "server Iniatiated disconnect" in HTML5 DRP session (SMA410)

Have a HA pair of SMA410 connected in single arm mode to SRA4600 HA pair. Windows domain environment. We allow a vendor access to four servers using a virtualoffice portal. One server is throwing up a disconnect message as outlined in the question. Have made no known changes to appliances or the user account. User can log on locally to the server. Any suggestions other than get a new job. Looked at the usual culprits.

    Additional info: Looked at the account attributes on the AD server and don't see any red flags. The server that is being attempted is a server 2012 R2 (yeah, I know)..
