VPN Client is showing status: Suspended

We're getting a number of reports from users saying their client is showing suspended. I'm not seeing anything in the docs about this. What does suspended mean, and how do we resolve it?

    If you are using Spike license please check spike license expiration time.
    Is Licence count status correct?
