I'm trying to set up a Macbook to allow VPN access...

PC access works all day long... can't seem to get the Macbook to work.

Sonicwall doesn't support GVC (Global VPN Client) based ipsec vpn. They support 3. party tools. You should use Secure Mobile Connnect via SSL-VPN.
