  Please check your custom report condition. It could be wrong. There is no problem about sending email or pdf attechment

  Can you export these report from web panel to your local. You will see right top side on report window, second icon and open the pdf file. check pdf is it empty or full of report.

  If I export the report to pdf, only TIMELINE will load it. However, in the web panel datas are visible in INITIATORS, SRVICES ect .. instead "No Matching Records Found" entry has been placed.
