Delete firewall from NSM

I have NSM on-prem in a closed network. When I was adding firewalls to NSM I fat-fingered one of the serial numbers and didn't notice it until it was already added. I tried to delete it by selecting it and hitting the "Delete" icon. It says it deleted it but the firewall is still there. I also tried selecting the firewall, going to "Action" and clicking "Delete Firewall". It brings up a box that says "Delete already in progress". It has been a couple of weeks and the firewall is still there. Is there any other way to get rid of this firewall?

@rachelgomez123 the information you posted (above) appears to be copied pretty much directly from here:
https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/article/ScreenOS-Removing-NSM-Configuration-from-a-Firewall-Device?language=en_US
And that page describes a Juniper product not a SonicWall product. Juniper's Network and Security Manager product is not - in any way, shape, or form - remotely like SonicWall's Network Security Manager.
Posting incorrect information more than six months after a thread has been marked as answered... what's the point?
Trolling or not paying attention, only one knows :)
