Can 2 Factor Authentication be set up for Global VPN Client?

My customer is asking about using 2 factor authentication with the Global VPN client. I see a number of articles describing how to do this with the Net Extender client, but I have not seen anything about using it with the Global client. Is this possible? Thank you.

@MikeBMiller AFAIK the integrated MFA is not working, see this discussion over here:
I'am not a big fan of the integrated MFA, if you have a chance I would go Radius anytime.
