Configuration to open UDP ports 123, 500, and 4500 on a NSA240

Adding a T-Mobile 4G LTE CellSpot and it won't connect. I have been informed that it needs UDP ports123, 500 ans 4500. It is plugged hardwired into port X7 on the NSA240. I can log into the NSA240 as admin.

The T-Mobile CellSpot uses DHCP.

tia for any help!

Sorry for the typos... Mia culpa. Note - I believe the T-Mobile 4G LTE CellSpot uses DHCP to obtain an IP V4 address. I do know the Mac address of my T-Mobile 4G LTE CellSpot if I need that to configure the three UDP ports on X7.

btw - running SonicOS Enhanced 5.9.2.13-7o

    tia!

Does the cellspot work connected to a laptop? What is the configuration of X7?

The CellSpot is designed to connect to the internet on UDP ports 123, 500, and 4500.

How do you want me to tell you about the X7 config>

X7 is a LAN port IP Assignment is PortShield to X0 100 Mbps Full Duplex.

What else should I look for.

btw - I can do a Zoom to share the desktop for support.

    tia

Does the cellspot work when connected to a laptop (when said laptop is not connected to any other network)?
