Threat Monitor TZ 570 doesn't show anything

in Entry Level Firewalls

Dear Best Team.

I have issue about the monitor threat for GAV and Anti-spyware Doesn't show anything. I've tried all configurations and I'ved tried EICAR but only work for intrusion, For GAV and Anti-spyware still blank.

Please Help Me Team

    Hi @IoTクラウド

    If any virus detect or prevent only it will reflect those details in Threat as well as make sure the GAV security policy has been enabled in your firewall.

    Hi @Ajishlal

    For GAV Security and Anti-malware Policy it's enable, n licence its activated, and for signature is up to date.

    but when i tried for download some virus, still cant display virus and spyware from monitor threat.
