Hi, I need support for the following issue | Analytics does not connect

I have Analytics On prem server, in the environment, I published for internet on port 514, any other port required?

    Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.

    Port UDP 514 is meant for syslogs. Syslogs from Firewall(s) is/are sent to the analytics happens on port UDP 514. Firewall's management setup happens on the web management port.

    Could you please check if there is a VPN tunnel created on the SonicWall firewall appliance? As per your initial screenshot, it looks like the analytics setup fail at "Creating VPN Tunnel". We have to check the logs on the CSC analytics and on the firewall if needed to obtain the root cause.

  • There is no tunnel created,
    I noticed this test on 4 more tz500 devices, but it was not successful.

    We need to check the reason for the tunnel not created on the firewall as it is essential to pass the data over the VPN tunnel to the analytics to display the data.
