Lost Firewall credentials.

Good morning, I recently started working for a new company as their IT and they lost the admin credentials for our sonicwall TZ 105 firewall and i would like to know if there is any way we can reset it from mysonicwall account or any other via. thank you

Firewall credentials are stored on the unit so you wouldn't be able to change them via mysonicwall.com. If the device had been setup with RADIUS or other authentication for management you might be able to get in that way.

Otherwise you'd have to factory default the unit.

It's time to upgrade anyway, TZ105 support ended last year.

The TZ 105 belongs to Gen 5 firewall category. Unfortunately, the firewall login credentials and MySonicWall credentials both are different and has no relation.
