Setting to use in VPN over TELUS Mobility?

in SSL VPN
Having problem establishing a VPN over TELUS Mobility Internet Connection.
using a TZ 215 and a TZ 400. VPN connects fine over TELUS Wired Internet connection, but fails when using
a TELUS Wireless Hub provided by TELUS Mobility.
These are the settings currently in place.
Main
Group 1
DES
SHA!
28800
ESP
DES
SHA1
28800
using IKE Preshared Key.
Any one know what settings to use, or try. or is this a TELUS Mobility issue. They say it is not their problem.

Welcome to the SonicWall community.
If the VPN is not getting established over the wireless Hub, I do not think the problem could be with the proposals as the same proposals work fine over the wired internet. Please check the logs and if necessary perform a packet capture to check why the connection could be failing.
The logs will give a clue at which stage of the VPN negotiation there could be a problem and then we can proceed accordingly.

You might have to use an IKEv1 Aggressive policy or switch to IKEv2. Either way your VPN is very insecure with those encryption and authentication settings.
