All PayPal (DE) Messages marked as SPAM

BWCBWC Cybersecurity Overlord ✭✭✭

Hi ESA admins,

did anynone else experienced that all incoming messages from PayPal, in my case paypal.de, are flagged as Spam. This started somehow at July 3rd, before that date everything was smooth.

They are all blocked because of "Collab" and Grid network shows Junk -> Message Contents.

Is it just me or did anyone else experienced something like that?

Running 10.0.6 at the moment.

Collab designates it as something that was submitted into our feed.

Either by manual or automatic means.

It can only be adjusted by our effectiveness team.

Can you open a case and supply a copy of one of the messages and they can get it adjusted.

    Hi @David W

thanks, I'll open up a support ticket.

But it raises the question, how many users and/or how many mails does it takes that something like PayPal gets treated as SPAM? I can't believe that many legit mails will be submitted, can the system be tricked so easily?

    UPDATE: Maybe sometimes later :(

@BWC It does not take much for it to get counted. I cannot give specific details here but if you want to get me a sample I can give you an idea privately of what it was and why it was thumprinted.
