I have enabled EPC check , now users connecting via connect tunnel, their systems are scanned by EPC and are defined to dedicated zones, but users connecting via system network adapter EPC does not work and users are defined to default zone. Does EPC scan systems where users connect via system network adapter?

Also, does EPC run some service on end user system to check the endpoint? Can i find it on services.msc? If yes what will be the service name

    Hi @Darshil l

    Your users should be connecting with Connect Tunnel. I am not sure what you mean by ' system network adapter '.

    Connect Tunnel is our client. We support connect Tunnel, Sonicwall Mobile Connect (with limited EPC), and web browser (EPC depending on the browser, SEM installation, and other settings in the SMA).

    I believe EPC is being processed on the client by opswat_epc.msi. I do not have documentation on the service name.
