Honestly the firmware is not model specific as we have for other platforms. The only distinguishing factor is whether it is 12 or 14(number of SFP ports). So, you should be able to use any one of the SWS14-X image for your switch.
I have informed this to the concerned team and they will check why 14-24FPOE is not available on mysonicwall.
Also, the firmware upgrade can be done directly from the firewall and it should automatically let you upgrade the firmware from the SonicWall firewall UI.
