GVC / SSL VPN - Dynamic IP

Hi There,

I hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy!

I have a question in regards to GVC/SSL VPN. We have a customer that has a dynamic IP address, and a bunch of users that use GVC. Whenever the IP address changes, we are having to re-download the config file and re-configure GVC for all users in order to re-connect them back to the Firewall.


The question is, if we use Dynamic DNS and SSL VPN instead, will we be able to get around the problem?

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated!

    Yes, we are doing great. Hope you are safe and good as well.

    As per your description, it looks like the firewall is equipped with dynamic public IP address. Is this right? The GVC users are having issues connecting to the firewall with the new IP address that changes every time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Does all the users import a GVC configuration file on their GVC clients or configure the GVC manually each time when they connect?

    Please respond back and we'll provide you necessary suggestions.
