SSL VPN - Way Too Slow

spookyspooky Newbie ✭

Have a TZ 600 with no DPI services running, SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.4.11-97n.

Using sslvpn between 2 Ubuntu computers and performed an rsync and scp. Getting 600kbps throughput. When I bypass the fw, getting 4mbps. Have tried setting up BWM, changing the firewall for max SPI... No help. Any ideas?

What is the Core 0 utilization of the firewall at the time you are performing rsync/scp?

The TZ600 lists cores 1 thru 16. During the rsync, core 1 avg 3% and core 2 avg .3%. I'm assuming that the Control Plane core is core 1.
