Unable to access the internal diag page

I have a Sonicwall SOHO with firmware 5.9.1.8.10o . I'm trying to get to the hidden internal page so I can disable TLS 1.1. Every time I go to login to the diag.html page the system will either return me or log me into the main page. I tried clearing the browser cache but no help. I tried a different browser but then it told me that it wasn't the browser I used last time and to change to the original browser. Any help in accessing the diag page is appreciated.

    @billmayer I do not have any Gen5 in reach, but did you logged into the appliance first and then changed main.html to diag.html? It's not possible to start directly with /diag.html.

    @billmayer , are you using a Mac? if so try with a windows PC we've seen this issue especially with Gen7 on Macs
