In GMS not able to see local users and group

Hi team,

In GMS for one firewall we are not able to see local users and local group but at same time local users and groups are visible in physical firewall.

For others firewall in GMS we are able to see the local user are group.

Any suggestion..??

    Hi @Ninad94,

    You should definitely be able to see Local Groups in GMS for each firewalls added to it. There is a possibility of privilege issue here. Please check if you are using GMS Super Admin account to login to the firewall.

    @Saravanan1990_V Yes. we are using GMS super admin account for login and we are observing this issue only for one firewall and for rest other firewall users and groups are visible.

    @Saravanan1990_V and we are not login into the firewall we checked in GMS only by clicking on manage tab.

    I suggest checking if GMS is able to communicate with the unit by running a sync task with the unit from GMS. On the manage tab go to System>Tools>click sync now and see if the task fails or not.

    We have raise the case with sonicwall support. Sonicwall engineer RAM was working on it. He filed DTS with development team for this issue. yet we haven't get any update from dev team
