That's weird ... I checked on my account and disabled and re-enabled everything ... I had to hit the refresh icon on the Notifications page and everything got listed again. If this or logging out and in again does not help, clearing the browser cache or trying another browser does not either I'am out of ideas.

what Notifications you're looking for? You don't mean the Settings -> Notification Center by any chance, which is listing latest releases etc.?

you can bring them back by changing back the alert settings
Just follow these steps, it's german but I'am sure the icons are the same, just enable everything you need on the last screen.
